Dannielle is a Program Manager with the CARE Innovation team with a focus on Innovation, programmatic problem solving and design. Dannielle’s professional experience includes managing strategically aligned projects in various locations of the Middle East, North Africa, and East and Central Africa that highlight Innovation. Beyond program management, she has also produced prospect and media reports, public engagement tools, and developed communication strategies to support organizational messaging. Previously, Dannielle was the Associate Director of Donor Relations and Constituent Engagement, supporting national strategy for leadership development, donor relations, and volunteer engagement. Dannielle has worked in numerous NGOS advocating for children and women’s rights, the eradication of homelessness and displaced person stigma, and as a Community Development professional, activist, and advocate in West Africa. Dannielle has a Masters in Media Studies, Advocacy at The New School of Public Engagement in New York, where she focused on representation of marginalized communities, bias eradication, and racial and local ethnography.
